In the session, we did an actual movie clip using video, pictures, transitions, and text overlays. The interviews are actual students in the class. Again, I think it is more fun and engaging when you use actual people in the audience as opposed to canned demos.
I created the pictures ahead of time using pictures I got from Foothill College's website, and pics from Flickr accounts that allowed you to download their pics. I forgot to get the credits so if you use these, the credits need to be added in. I took the photos into Photoshop to add an arty feel to them.
Check out our movie clip. It's in layout form so if you don't have Vista Ultimate with MovieMaker you can't see it. For some reason, and maybe someone else knows the answer, when I published the movie it became 17MB. This layout file is only 120 KB.
